Because beef is a perishable product, all sales are final. As a general rule, we cannot issue refunds or returns. We do not process or package the beef, so any issues with product deficiencies must be addressed with the beef processor. We raise and distribute the beef.

We do not have a blanket policy because each situation is different. If you have an issue with shipping or product quality, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Everyone who has notified us of shipping issues or product dissatisfaction has been compensated.

Please save the original packaging your beef arrived in, just in case you need to send it back to us. Even though we do not package the beef, we can address processing and packaging deficiencies with our processor, but we may need you to return the beef to us so we can show deficiencies to the processor.
